Grant collaborator access to PayTune Support

If our team needs access to your Shopify admin to investigate an issue, we may ask for your 4-digit collaborator request code.

The code lets us send an access request. Our team can access your store only after you approve that request.

Share your collaborator code

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users.
2. Open Security.
3. Copy your 4-digit collaborator request code.
4. Send the code and your store URL to [email protected].

Include a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots so our team knows what to check.

Approve the access request

After our team sends a collaborator request:

1. Go to Settings > Users.
2. Open the Requests section.
3. Select the request from our team.
4. Review the requested permissions.
5. Accept the request to grant access.

Do I need to share my password?

No. You do not need to share your Shopify password or login verification codes. Our team uses its own collaborator account.

Can I remove access later?

Yes. You can remove our collaborator access from Settings > Users when support is complete.
